FAQ - Refund & Return

(Q) - Do i need a prior approval before i refund Item ordered ?

(A) - Yes, as we will send you shipping label with address to ship to, depending on your location


(Q) - How long does it take to get refund ?

(A) - Refunds are initiated within 5 business of Product Inspection. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.

(Q) - I was supposed to receive my refund by now but I haven’t. What do I do?

(A) - We update our customers through emails at every step of the returns process so please check for the last update from us in your email.

If the last update states that the refund has already been initiated please wait for the refund process to complete. Depending on the mode of refund, the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account can vary. If you haven’t received any update from us please email us on sales@einks.ca

(Q) - Will shipping fee for my order be refunded? If I return my order ?

 (A) - No, Please note shipping fee is not refunded as shipping carrier do not refund it to us and 35% restocking fee will apply.


(Q) - How do u get my refund?

(A) - Email us on sales@einks.ca to request a refund. Contact us with your Order Details within 5 business days of your purchase. Include your order number (received by you via email after ordering) and reason requesting a refund – we take customer feedback seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.

Steps to follow “when you are shipping” yourself:

1.      Place your item in its original packaging.

2.      Mention your Name, Order Number and contact on the top of the box & insert the original invoice.

3.      Seal it properly it and send it via courier. Use einks.ca return shipping label

4.      In case you are covered for the shipping fee charges, email us the scanned copy of courier receipt.

Steps to follow “when einks.ca” arranges for a Pickup:

1.      Take a print of einks.ca return shipping label and fill the required details & paste it on the top of the package.

2.      We will schedule for a pickup with our reverse pickups partner.

3.      Once your order is received back and has gone through a quality check (The product should be in its original packaging and in unused condition), the refund/replacement (as applicable) will be made.

PS: In case the reason of your return or replacement is mistake made by einks.ca the To & For shipping charges will be borne by us.

(Q) - Return Policy – period

(A) -

- Up to 30 days: Return “for a full refund” on defective products from the original date of purchase.

Up to 30 days: Return “for a full replacement” on defective products from the original date of purchase.

30 day Return: Return for refund on unopened ink and toner cartridges in resalable condition from the original date of purchase. Such item(s) must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer, and are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

(Q) - Where do I Return my Product?

(A) - Return location is determined on your address as we ship coast to coast. We will advice you the location closest to you for faster refund and credits.

(Q) - How do I Return a Product?

(A) - You can return a product hassle free in a few simple steps. However, do give us a call or Email us and we can help you with the steps to follow in case of return. Upon receiving your request we will identify if your postal code is serviced by our reverse pickup partner. The return procedure would vary for both the scenarios.


(Q) - What is not covered in the Replacement Policy?

(A) - Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement: -

- Damages due to misuse of product.

- Incidental damage leading to malfunctioning of product.

Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers.

Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.  

 - Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection by einks.ca team.

Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.

PS : - Some special rules for promotional offers may override “Einks.ca Returns Policy.”
